considers all of our customers as individuals and you are very important to us. Therefore we have several options available for payment, delivery and storage.

We have several payment options

1. Prompt pay Discount -  A discount of $.04 cents per gallon is given if your invoice payment is received by us within 5 days of the invoice date.

2. Budget Plan -  Customers pay a fixed monthly payment based upon their annual propane usage. Budget Plan customers are not assessed a finance charge on the unpaid balance.

3. Prebuy - Allows you to secure a firm price at summer rates, for propane deliveries made throughout the heating season. This option is available between May 31st and July 31st approximately of each year. Please contact us for current dates available and specifics of the Prebuy.

4. Cash on Delivery -  This method is probably the most inconvenient for our customers.

We have two delivery options

1. Keep Full -  This is the most convenient method and also provides a 5 cents per gallons discount. We monitor your tank level and make deliveries based upon your historic usage and elapsed degree days. You do not have to worry about monitoring your tank or running out of propane.

2. Call In - For customers who want to monitor their own usage and tank supply and then call when they feel they need a delivery.  You will be scheduled into a regular route in your area. Any special delivery is subject to a line testing charge and a $65.00 delivery charge for weekdays during normal business hours. Evenings, weekends and holidays are subject to a $125.00 delivery charge

We have several storage options available

1. Equipment Lease -  This is the most popular option. Installation is provided free of charge including copper gas line, regulators and cement blocking.  Petersen Oil Co. will also maintain the entire gas system outside of your home for no charge.  The size of your tank will be determined by your annual usage.

2. Own - own your tank. You will be reponsible for the maintenance on the whole system after installation. Customers who own thier own tank qualify for a 15¢ per gallon discount. Please call 1-800-354-3309 for further information.

3. Underground Propane Tank -  If you do not want to see the propane tank in your yard or you have zoning restrictions this may be an option for you. Learn more
